We offer flat-rate shipping across the continental US. Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days, with delivery taking 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer white-glove delivery for large furniture items?
Yes, for oversized items like sofas and dining tables, we offer a white-glove delivery service which includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Non-furniture items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in original condition. Due to their nature, custom furniture orders are final sale, while stocked furniture may incur a 20% restocking fee.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are the products shown online available for viewing at the Ballard showroom?
While we strive to display a wide selection, not all items online are in the showroom. Please contact us ahead of your visit if you wish to see a specific piece in person.
