Walnut Dough Scoring Lame

Walnut Dough Scoring Lame

Craft beautiful, precise cuts in your dough with this thoughtfully designed wooden bread lame. The smooth, ergonomic handle fits comfortably in your hand, while the brass knob keeps the razor blade securely in place. Nicely boxed, it’s a great choice for both seasoned bakers and beginners alike.

Use gentle, confident strokes to cut your dough before baking. Clean cuts control rise and create defined patterns.

Replace the blade when dull. To replace, loosen the brass knob and slide out the old blade carefully. Insert a new standard double-edge razor blade, re-tighten the knob and you're ready to go!

Includes:

  • 1 black walnut bread lame, 3.25" x 1.5" x 0.5" with brass knob
  • 1 box of 5 razor blades
  • Care + use instructions
  • Care: Wipe clean only. Oil wood occasionally with food-safe oil. Do not soak. Remove blade before long term storage.
  • Gift-ready slide drawer box
