Natural Pigment Paints Collection - Sea & Sky

The soft, cool colors of Sea & Sky Paint Collection invite you on a soothing color journey. Non-toxic and earth-friendly, many of the pigments used in these formulations are created by the Society of Ochres, a 120-year-old French company dedicated to reviving and promoting the use of colored earth pigments. 

Pigments include:

• Navy Blue: a dark shade of blue evoking feelings of stability, integrity and trust (as in "true blue").
  
  
• Azure Blue: best described as the color of the sky on a crystal clear day; a dazzling, brilliant blue.
  
  
• Aquamarine: reminiscent of the warm waters of the tropics, Aquamarine inspires freedom, carefreeness and everlasting youth.
  
  
• Sea Green: commonly considered a summer color, Sea Green is found in shallow sea water where phytoplankton create the green hue.  It is a refreshing, calming color and helps bring energy into balance.
  
  
• French Blue: also known as powder blue, brings forth feelings of serenity, tranquility and stillness.
  
  
• Foggy Day: blurring edges and obscuring distinctions, Foggy Day creates a mysterious, quiet mood as it quietly seeps into the atmosphere and brings forth a subtle mystical ambience.

Directions: add enough water to create the paint consistency you desire, from thin watercolor washes to opaque tempera paint for one sitting, store excess in the fridge for up to a week. Cleans up easily with warm water and mild soap.
