Sabrina Gidda's early career began in Fashion PR & Marketing before realising that her passion was in food and cooking. Having had no formal training, she began as a stagier at The Dorchester Hotel, London, ran two successful gastro pubs before taking over The Sanctuary Spa Covent Garden and was a finalist for the Roux Scholarship two years in a row. She then ran kitchens in numerous firms in The City as Executive Chef, was head chef at Marylebone's Bernardi's, before becoming the executive chef at AllBright, Mayfair, an all-woman's social club in London. She now runs her own food consultancy, working with hotels and restaurants. Sabrina has enjoyed competing and judging numerous television shows including the BBC’s Great British Menu, Celebrity Masterchef, Saturday Kitchen, Back in Time for Dinner, Saturday James Martin, and Sunday Brunch. Her recipes have featured in GQ Magazine, The Mayfair Times, The Sunday Times, and Olive Magazine. She continues to champion women in food, drink and hospitality with an eclectic, global approach to cooking.
